How we work
PREPARATION OF THE BRIEF
First of all, we need to know your needs: product type, units per product to be manufactured, format, type of container and packaging, if you supply it yourself or if you would prefer us to manage it, if you have any special requirements in terms of ingredients, etc.
NO-OBLIGATION QUOTE ESTIMATE
Once we know your needs, we prepare a no-obligation estimate for you, in which the costs associated with each product or project itself and each product unit are broken down.
APPROVAL OF THE QUOTE
If the quote works for you, we will start working with your prototypes. We send you prototypes for each product. Samples of the selected packaging will also be sent to you. If it is not suitable, or if you would like to make or add a change, we can send you a second, more detailed proposal.
PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS FOR MARKET RELEASE
Once the prototype has been chosen, the preliminary analysis phase begins, which is necessary for launching the product on the market. The types of analysis may vary depending on the type of product in question. The most relevant studies are: Challenge test or preservative efficacy study, 3M stability study and packaging compatibility study. All these studies guarantee the stability and safety of the product under normal conditions of use. It takes around 4 months to conduct these analyses.
DESIGN OF PACKAGING
We also collaborate with your design team to achieve the most suitable packaging for each type of formula. We advise you so that the texts comply with current regulations.
PRODUCTION AND RELEASE
Once the results of the analyses are known, the results are sent to you and the production planning phase begins.
This is followed by the production phase: purchase of raw materials, manufacture, packaging and preparation. If the manufactured batches comply with the technical specifications and the necessary controls, they are released for immediate use on the market.

All materials used in the manufacture and packaging of your products are subject to strict quality controls in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 22716 and GMP
PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTATION
During the entire process, our regulatory department prepares the documentation, which has been specifically contracted, so that it is ready for launching the product on the market.
